We offer the following payment options for deposits:
Local bank transfer, debit/credit card, and deposit with cryptocurrency.
SEPA-transaction option is available for clients who have access to a bank account in the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco, and San Marino. If you are a citizen of another country, you will be automatically directed to the International Deposit option.
There are no additional charges for deposits. Funds will be reflected in the account after the user’s account has been authorized. If the user fails to confirm that he or she is identified and authorized to use the payment method, Golden-fx may reject and refund the payment, less any costs incurred the company.


Golden-fx accepts no deposits from any third parties. Payments can only be made from the account that has the same name as the one on your Golden-fx trading account.


To deposit funds into your Golden-fx trading account, first you need to login to the Members Area, click Deposit in the menu, and select your preferred payment option. There you will receive further instructions about the necessary steps and details.


You can request a withdrawal during regular office hours. Your payment will be processed within 7 (seven) business days, after which the payment will be made via the original payment method. We always strive to process withdrawal requests as fast as possible. However, withdrawals may take 7 days depending on banking conditions. For full terms and conditions, click here.

How to Withdraw Funds

Withdrawal of funds is only available to clients who have uploaded their supporting documents and had their trading accounts validated. To pass the verification procedure, clients log in the secure Golden-fx Members Area and upload their supporting documents (proof of identity and proof of address). Once clients’ trading accounts are validated, they will be able to withdraw funds from their trading accounts.

Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and submit the request


Wait until your request is processed and executed and receive the requested funds.
